Use of Have/Has

Have - should be used with plural noun/pronoun.

Has - should be used with singular noun/pronoun.

If above rule is true, then this below sentence should be incorrect.

I have a book in my hand.

Why the above sentence can not be written like this. I has a book in my hand.

This is how "to have" is conjugated:

You have

He has

You (all) have

They have.

Only third-person singule (she, he, it) takes "has." It is never used with I or you.
