Use of have instead of has in specific example

So recently listened to a song by Kendrick Lamar (Backseat Freestyle).

In his very first verses he says:

"Martin had a dream (x2)

Kendrick have a dream"

What I can't figure out is his use of "have" instead of he "has".

Is this just slang or a reminiscence to Martin Luther King's famous speach's title, or simply gramatically wrong?

I'd say it's just bad grammar. The song has a lot of it. I think the song is from the viewpoint of a 16-year-old boy.
