Hi

I would like to know when to use "Have Had"

foe e.g. many people say like this "i have had many experience regarding this"

then what this really means... and why he used it here???

Have=auxiliary

Had=main verb

Have had=present perfect

Google search 'uses of present perfect.'

Basically, it brings the action or state of the verb right up to and including the present.
