Use of had,did,had been,has been,have been.

hi sir.

i m really confussed in the use of the following question as i mentioned in the sub.

sir here is my query..

1. did u get early in the morning yesterday? in this sentence instead of DID why can't we use HAD.

2. when we use HAS BEEN , HAVE BEEN etc. wat is the imp of BEEN here along with has , have, had ..

3. WERE u out shopping yesterday? istead of WERE y can't v use HAD OR DID etc.
