Use of had with has, have and had

Hi,English is my ESL so lot of questions came into my mind while reading books or watching movies.
Here is a question sometimes we read or listen people while using has had, have had or had had.

Kindly tell me when and why we need to use had with has and have.

Secondly is it possible to use has has or have have like we use had had???
