Use of had with has,have and had

Question

Hi,English is my ESL so lot of questions came into my mind while reading books or watching movies.
Here is a question sometimes we read or listen people while using has had,have had or had had.

Kindly tell me when and why we need to use had with has and have.

Secondly is it possible to use has has or have have like we use had had???

You have found some examples of the present perfect and past perfect tenses.

present perfect tense = have or has + past participle of the main verb

Verb: work
I have worked here for five years.
Mr. Jones has worked for me for three weeks.

Verb: be
I have been to Italy twice.
Mary has been sick lately.

Verb: have
I have had many good jobs.
John has had that sports car for a week now, and he has already crashed it twice.

past perfect tense = had + past participle of the main verb
Verb: work
Mr. Jones had worked for Mr. Smith several years, but he wanted a change.

verb be:
Mary had been very unhappy until she went to school and studied ballet.

verb: have
John had had three accidents before he finally learned to drive defensively.

So you see that the following combinations are possible:

have/has had (present perfect tense)
had had (past perfect tense)
