Use of goes

Hi

Is the use of goes natural choice here? Any other suggestion?

In how many goes should we drink a glass of water?

Can you drink all this Pepsi in one go?

Our religion forbids us from drinking water in one big go.

Thanks,

Tom

Yes, that's all fine. We often say have a go instead of try. It's my go mean s it's my turn, eg in a game.

To me, a go is an uninterrupted drinking (not a swallow, but an uninterrupted series of them). Because the word is casual, it sounds odd in your first and third sentence, which seem too formal for it. #
