Use of 'full speed'

Hi

Could you please tell me if you find these fully natural?

  1. I drove at full speed and finally reached there on time.
  2. The child ran at full speed and fell badly on his face.
  3. We heard the bang and left the restaurant at full speed. (at full speed = hurriedly)
  4. I did the dishes at full speed and was done within 30 minutes. (as full speed =as quickly as possible)

No. I don't know what you drive, but my old Cougar will do 140 mph pedal to the metal. You would have arrived early if you survived. By the way "reached there" does not work. Use "got/arrived there" or "reache
