Use of fruits

Hi

I am aware that the plural noun fruits is not normally used, but would you say it works in these sentences?

1) Find the names of two fruits in the first paragraph.

2) We had a few fruits like bananas and grapes, but we needed...

3) I have to buy a lot of vegetables and fruits.

Thanks

Tom
