Use of fractions

1. He is one-third as tall as I am.
2. He is one-tenth as intellegent as I am.
3. She is two-thirds as rich as I am.
Are these sentences correct ?

They are correct, but they do sound as though you are asking a riddle. I would say he has a tenth of my intellegence, I am 3 times taller than him.

The one that doesn't work for me is intelligence. Youn can precisely measure someone's height, and you can establish someone's net worth. But you'd have to say something like "Her IQ is half of mine." (And that would be very unlike.) We casually say things like "Oh come on! Don't let her beat you! You're ten times smarter than she is!" but not the other wa
