Use of 'fetch'

Hi

Would you say that the use of 'fetch' is natural here? Is the dialogue fully natural too?

(Teacher to student)

Hey Frank, would you go to my car. There is an envelope at the back seat. Will you fetch it please?

Thanks,

Tom

In the U.S. 'fetch' is a regional usage, chiefly in the southeastern states. Personally, I never use it, and never have, and I don't know anyone who does. So it doesn't sound natural to me.

(Everybody knows what it means, however.)
