Use of ''either''

Hi! I have some questions regarding the use of ‘’either’’ at the end of a sentence, so If i say:

‘’My mom has never baked cookies nor pancakes? ‘’ Is that sentence correct? Or it necessarily has to be like ‘’my mom has never baked either cookies or pancakes’’?

What about: ‘’My mom doesn’t like cats or dogs either?’’ It doesn’t sound natural to me but I’m not quite sure

Greetings!
