Use of either

Hi. Is it correct to use the word "either" in this context? Please see the utterance by B. Thank you in advance for your help.

A: Look! They have few desks in the room.

Yes, it's OK. We probably wouldn't say 'few desks', though. 'Look! They don't have many / a lot of desks...'
