Use of dreamed

Are these correct:
I have dreamed of you.
I have dreamed of being hit by a car.

Also, these are in the present perfect form, right?

I am also curious if there is any difference between these:

Last night, I had a dream of you.
Last night, I dreamed of you.

Is the use of 'had' in the first sentence correct, and are they both in the simple past form?
