Use of Drainage Pathway - Attn - AlpheccaStars

Hi AlpheccaStars and Anonymous,

Sorry I posted as anonymous. I thought my post had been overlooked already considering the volume of questions you guys are answering so I decided to repost. Also, I edited the sentences by changing the canal/drainage pathway to drain and improvised urinal to makeshift urinal as a certain anonymous had suggested . I searched the meaning of canal and improvised and found out that those were not the appropriate terms to use. The drain here is located at the right side of the floor Pardon my diction as English is not my first language by the way. Below is the revised sentences. Thank you.

This is to inform you of an accumulation of grease in the drain in the corridor leading to your company's premises on the ground floor, which according to our maintenance personnel, comes from the downspout PVC pipe of your canteen on the roofdeck.

Said drain, together with the makeshift urinal at the back of your Security Guards' barracks, contributes to a foul smell that causes people passing by that corridor to complain.

We request that appropriate action be taken by your office to remedy this matter.
