Use of "conglomeration" and "agglomeration"

What's the significant difference of usage between these two words?
I see that the interpretations in my dictionary indicates the same meaning.

Conglomerate is used for large corporations formed from many separate businesses. Cisco is a conglomerate. Agglomerate is much less frequently used, and has the added meaning of something organic, disorganized and chaotic.

Comma placement is sometimes personal choice. I would take a short pause at that point in the sentence, should I say it, so I put a comma there.
