Use of commas

How should I separate the list below? With commas? And can I capitalize Summer Land, Creeds and Cultures etc?

Thanks.

Sphere One: the Hell Realm, rotates with the Earth, geo-stationary
Altitude: 240 miles, 4000ft thick

Sphere Two: Summer Land, Creeds and Cultures, rotates with the Earth, geo-stationary
Altitude: 800 miles

That again is up to you; they are obviously coined terms in some sort of New Age cosmology.
