Use of by/through/on/via

I am confused on what to use when I say the following:

Send the documents via/by/through/using email.

Please call use and register on/using/by/through phone.

Which words are correct for the examples above? I thinks several of then can be used for each!

Please advise.

Thank you in advance.

1. I would use by. The others are grammatical, but not natural.
2. By phone is the only one that sounds natural to me. However, using "call us" and "by phone" is redundant. Suggestion: Please call us to register or Please register by phone.
