Hi
Is this dialogue natural, especially the use of as it were? Any suggestions please?
(Context: Everyone knows that the new boss is not very honest)
A - Mr. Vikram is spending a lot on 'trainings and workshops', if you know what I mean.
B - Well, this seat has a lot to offer and some people are easily corrupted, as it were.
Thanks,
Tom

No. "As it were" refers to an oblique comment, and "easily corrupted" is quite blunt. I can't offer a suggestion because I don't know what you want to say.
