Use of AS

Is the following exchange of lines correct?
- What would you do, if you won a lot of money?
- I would go on living as I do now.
Thanks
P.S. By the way, can I say 'exchange of lines'?

It is correct except there should be no comma in the first line. I would just say "the following exchange".

The example is fine.

You would refer to it simply as an 'exchange' rather than 'exchange of lines' (which puts in mind swapping lines).
