Hello,
Could the expression "arm in arm" be used figuratively as in the following sentence :
"Fire and aridness have spread arm in arm through this devastated region."
Or is it rather odd to the ear ?
Thanks in advance.
anonymous Or is it rather odd to the ear ? Yes, it's odd. CJ
