Use of 'Are'

Hi,

Can one use 'are' instead of 'is' to give respect to any person.

For Example:

Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) are role model for whole mankind.

The second two are more natural.

No. No native speaker of English will understand a grammatical mistake as an attempt to give respect to a person. If anything, it would show disrespect to make such a mistake. The idea is totally absurd.
