Where do you put the apostrophe at the end of a person's name when it is to denote possession e.g.Rhys' car or Rhys's car?

According to that link, you add 's to singular names even if they end in s.

So wouldn't that be Rhys's? Or were you going with the "also acceptable" clause, e.g., James's or James', on that link?

CJ:
I've always prefered the simple apostrophe after names ending in -s, although I've seen it both ways.
