Use of "and" in numbers

Hi. I think I saw somewhere online that the word "and" is not used when the word "hundred" is part of a last number. For example, I think the word "and" can be used after "hundred" in numbers 1 and 2, but would number 3 have it if a person wanted to use it? Thank you in advance for your help.

1. 123 - one (a) hundred and twenty-three

2. 13,120 -thirteen thousand one hundred and twenty

3. 113, 120 - one hundred (and) thirteen thousand one hundred and twenty
