Use of am/is/are to + Verb .......

For indicating near future or future obligations its used have to/ has to, had to for past and am/is/are to for present as long as I know.

Sorry for that but the answer to my question was not satisfactory at all. And I thought no any more person would reply to the old question. From the consideration I did that. And you might have noticed that for clarification of my question I had changed a bit the form of the question in the later post.
