Use of Altitude and height

Hello,

''At an altitude of...'' and ''at a height of...'' are the most common expressions used to specify altitudes and heights but how about ''at ten kilometer altitude'' or ''at ten meter height'' , are these correct?. Here's a context for you:
1. I just magically happen to float in the air at ten meter height.
2. I just magically happen to fly at ten kilometer altitude.

Thanks in advance
