Use of airless

Hi

I found too few examples of airless houses, airless apartments, etc on frazeit. Could you please tell me how these sound to you?

I live in an airless apartment.

The houses there were small and airless.

Mr. The houses there were small and airless. Not bad, but somewhat unusual.
