Use of adverbial phrases in questions

Hi. Please help. I think I heard that for sentences containing short adverbial phrases, commas are often not used/placed even though they start the sentences.

eg,

In the morning he went out for a walk in the park.

Could we do that (that is, leaving the commas out) in questions, too?

In the morning where did he go?

After lunch where did he go?

For the questions below, could you tell me if we should place commas after what I think are adverbial phrases and whether we should place any of them at the end of sentences, instead of where they are, in front of sentences?

1. After you have finished it, did you go out to eat with your clients?

2. As soon as he had finished it, did he go ahead and meet his

clients?

3. In the morning, was anyone there?
