Is the use of "only" correct here?

It would make more sense if you re-worded the sentence this way -
You have used only this mobile for the last 3 years?

I'm rewriting this sentence.

You are using only this mobile since three years.

Is it correct?

The context was I misunderstood as if Mr. X had been using iphone and told Mr. Y he has iphone but Mr. Y cannot agree with me. Later, when I met Mr. X in person and saw he was using a Sony mobile, I asked him the above question to clarify if he had iphone and now replaced Sony
