Use "neither ... nor" to make a question sentence

Hi.

Neither you nor he is wrong.

How to change it to a question sentence?

"Is none of you wrong?" ----------ok?
"Are neither of you wrong?"------ok?

How should I put it when I want to include "you" and "he"?

Best Regards
