Use a countable or uncountable form after this word?
Hi. Are both correct? If they are, is there a difference between the two? I think the uncountable noun "fear" refers to one's emotion, whereas the countable noun "fear" is something that makes you feel that "fear" (not sure, though).
1. Such fear need not be entertained. 2. Such a fear need not be entertained.
