Use

Hello everyone,

Is the word "use" after the word "language" correct in the following sentence?

Untranslatables are fundamentally cases of language use wherein the three categories of meaning carried by a source expression don't concide with those of a comparable expression in the target language.

This is a noun modifying another noun and the noun being modified.

When 'use' is a noun, it is pronounced /jus/.
When 'use' in a verb, it is pronounced /juz/.
