In a book about meditation the author writes about compassion meditation. He says:
If you are a hunter then you may never want to hunt again. If you are someone that preys on others, those days are numbered because compassion will arise in you when you practice this technique. It will make you a better person. I doubt anyone could argue with me when I say the world could use more compassionate people.
