Usage Question
Hi, usage-wise, what are you more likely to do with a marketing campaign "devise" or "develop" it? Thanks. Also open to a more frequently heard third choice

Both "develop a marketing campaign" and "devise a marketing campaign" are natural expressions. They mean about the same, but "devise" may refer more to the initial creative idea, and "develop" may to a greater extent refer to the, um, development of the idea into a working campaign.
