Usage question

For example,
When someone succeeds
Why he says" I did it!!"
But not " I've done it!"

When someone brings something to a person
Why he says" I got you a cup"
But not "I've got you a cup"

When someone tells another man
Why he says "your dog have been killed" but not "your dog was killed"

Both forms are possible.

You can state an adverb of time. The simple past is used when a specific time is stated

I did it just now!!
I did it yesterday!!
I did it a week ago!!
I did it in 2013!!
