Usage or Using and syntax

Sentence: According to your advice in order to correct the error of using/usage of byname in the Trading Form, instead of my original verifiable name in the required documents, I need to sign next to my byname. So the broker could correct it himself?

Question: Please tell me which world would be appropriate to use in the sentence "usage of" or "using"? Please check the sentence syntax also but please do not change the sentence alltogether unless it is wrong completly. A quick reply would be appreciated. Emotion: smile

Thanks
