USAGE OF WOULDN'T

Hi every body,

I am having a problem with WOULN'T, I would like to ask for a favor to understand the function of WOULN'T in this sentence

Context is that a man tell a woman about his mother:

"You should know that my mother always love me. There isn't anything she WOULDN'T do for me"

Why is WOULDN'T used in this sentence?

What is the difference between 2 sentences:

(1)There isn't anything she WOULDN'T do for me.

(2)There isn't anything she DON'T do for me.

Many thanks for your help in advance.
