Usage of would

Is it correct to use would in this sentence."Once you send it to us we would escalate the case to the relevant team". Please advise.

EITHER

"Once you send it to us we will ..."

OR

"Once you have sent it to us we will..."

"Would" introduces a condition. For example, "If you sent it to us we would..." , but you haven't done it yet, and it's possible that you won't do it.
