Hi all
I'm wondering how the following sentence can be interpreted:

"The measurements referred to in c) and d) above will be taken when the tyre is fitted to a wheel and inflated to 1.4 bar."

i.e. When are the measurements taken?

ie 'when' means here 'when these things have come to pass'. cf Carousel

I'm assuming that you don't that a bar is a unit of pressure. One bar is about one atmosphere therefore 1.4 bar is roughly 21 pounds
