Usage of Verbs
I was attending IELTS class and during practice, my trainer corrected some mistakes in my Writing.But I have a doubt in some Specific Sentance " As far as Training Children as members of the Society has been Concerned/Concern" I really don't understand what to use it here. Can someone help me using this
