Usage of vanish

Hi , im new here .
Can we say " you were vanished " as in " i logged into facebook , and you were vanished "
i think it's correct , the form i mean -it's the case of a simple past where vanished is used as an adjective right ?? am i right ? however , it sounds off to me .
if it's not correct , why can we say " you were gone " or " you were banished " and not "you were vanished " .
Thank u in advance .
