Usage of to be in sentence

Hi, I couldn't understand the usage of to be in sentence (parts of speech).Can you please explain the usage of "to be " in the senetence in general.
It is likely to be present in all the products.
It = Subject
is = Verb
likely =adjective
to be=
present =adjective
in =preposition
all =pronoun
the =article
