Usage of though in negative senteces

Hi,

Some people are using "though" in negative sentences.Can anybody please give me the relevant examples and usage method

I can't recall his name, though I 'm able to reveal everything happened to me at that day.
Ron was convicted of killing her. He never did that, though.
