Usage of "then"?

Please let me know whether or not the following sentences are right in grammar.

[1]I met her at then(This "then" indicates a time in the past)
[2]I will meet her at then(This "then" indicates the promised time in the future)
[3]Can I replace "that time" for then in both sentences?
