Usage of the word leave

You do not like me. ( ).

1)That's why I leave you.
2)That's why I am leaving you.
3)That's why I will leave you.

I think that the #1 is not natural but the #2 and 3 are possible to use or all of them are okay to use, you think?

#3 is more long-term.
