Usage of the word have and use of the word have

I know that there are many threads about usage and use but I am still confused that there are many different thoughts so I would like to know if there is a meaning difference between usage of the word have and use of the word have.

I feel like the two words are not the same but they can overlap in the case.

What do you native English speakers think?

Thank you so much as usual in advance.

What do you native English speakers think? I feel that it is not worth consideration, that they are meant synonymously by all but linguists.
