Which would be the correct usage for elicit in my title.

1) Elicit the Word Tees - to mean bringing forth the word of God on tshirts

or Elicit Word Tees - to mean bringing forth the word of God on Tshirts

2) Elicit comfort wear - to mean bringing forth comfortable clothing
