Usage of the prepositions 'a'

I found following conversation on a video.

Question : What sort of thing were you looking for?
Answer : Two-bedroomed house with garden.

What I cannot understand is why they do not use prepositions like "a two-bedroomed house with a garden". Furthermore, "garden" is a countable noun, therefore, how it is possible use such a work without appropriate prepositions?

Please note that the reference book is one of Cambridge publications. Therefore, I think there isn't any error with above sentences.
