Usage of "the"

  • All (the) customers are requested not to share their bank details and ATM passwords with anyone as some cyber criminals claiming as "bank's staff" are trying to fraud with (the) customers. Keep in mind that the bank never asks for any such details any time.

Hi there, As a bank manager I have written this letter to the bank's customers. Do I need to put the in the sentences? I think using the In those places sounds awkward. What do you think?
