Usage of tenses

Hi,

I have a problem regarding a usage of tenses. I can't decide whether to use the present perfect continuous or the present simple in the following example.

Suppose you've been doing a job for like 10 years or so and got fed up with it. Which tense to use?
I sick and tired of my job, because I work / have been working 24 hours a day.

I'm really puzzled. Which one is more suitable in the sentence? Please clarify your choice.
Thank you in advance!

I work and I have been working are both correct since they are both true. You have been working and you still are working 24 hours a day. You should of course say I am sick and tired ...
