Usage of 'somebody / anybody help me'?

Somebody help me.

Is this a short version of Can somebody help me? or should it be "Somebody! Help me!"

What do you native English speakers think?

And could you tell me the difference between

1) Anybody help me.

2) Somebody help me.

Thank you so much for your time and help as usual!

"Somebody help me!" is OK; it is more urgent and demanding than "Can somebody help me?"

"Anybody help me!" would be understood to mean about the same, but it does not seem such good English to me.
